Clear responsibilities

Medical consultation, tests, treatment, surgery, admission, medication and other clinical costs are quoted or charged by the hospital.

Interpreting, transport, hotel assistance, caregiver coordination and other practical services are quoted separately after your needs are known.

No fixed package is required.

You can use hospital coordination without buying every travel support service. We explain the scope and price before arranging an optional service.

Not included

We do not diagnose, prescribe or change a hospital's treatment recommendation.

We can help organise practical information, but visa applications and decisions remain with the patient and the relevant authorities.

We cannot guarantee hospital acceptance, appointment dates, treatment results or final medical costs.

You can decide later and add services as your plan becomes clearer.
